Taking charge of your fitness can be one of the hardest steps to take especially if you haven’t done anything for years and you’re a little way past your youthfulness. What triggered my action was a photo of me on a night out. I was not happy with what I was looking at and decided that I needed to do something, but what?? Most diets and fads I’d tried, but either had a short time success or got bored, as it wasn’t sustainable. Joining HQ has given me a way of life that I enjoy and I quickly realised that I wasn’t just a number but a person, who has a life to live. Trainers who want me to speak to them and continually encourage me to improve. Who says that being strong and looking good is just for the young!!
