One of the biggest mistakes I see in fitness is people worrying about getting the already correct habits even better. Worrying about things like:
What’s better for you chicken or turkey?
What’s the best type of veg?
What’s the best type fruit?
Did I sweat enough during my workout?
Should I have eaten after ?
If you’re including 3 times a week training session and eating veg, chicken, turkey, fruits etc I’d say you’re on the right path.
Focus more of your attention on being consistent with your eating and not missing your 3rd session at the end of the week.
Life’s busy and trust the simple things work if you do them often enough.
