Who’s the best person to listen to?

There’s that much confusion about these days regarding health and fitness. What’s good, what’s bad etc.

My advice; you’re paying for us .. Listen to us!

  • HQ training is the same style every month
  • HQ trainers share the same views
  • HQ results speak for themselves

So my goal with this email is ask, ask, ask. If you have a question, text your trainer, write it down and ask it at your next session or post it on the Facebook group. Trust me it makes reaching a goal so much easier.

The biggest mistake I made when trying to achieve results was to listen to too many coaches, read too many conflicting articles etc etc. In the end i’d have too many things I wanted to try and achieve & I’d end up doing sod all.
