This quote should be at the forefront of your minds everyday. We often get stuck with the end result in mind. What you dream body shape is and then totally miss the little daily/weekly progress you’re making.

This then ends with the inevitable blow out/binge for a few weeks because you haven’t got to where you want to be. Reality is, it requires longer than people think to get in amazing shape.

What you need to do is recognise the small improvements you have made and then set another small target e.g drop a jean size. This makes it more manageable and enjoyable as you will be making your little targets all year round. Then before you know it you will be a lot nearer to that perfect body shape you desire.
