You don’t have to prep like a fitness model or bodybuilder making meals for up to 7 days in advance. I don’t do it this way as I don’t know where I am or what I want to eat in a week’s time. Open a ready made salad and place it in 3 Tupperware boxes, put kettle on and have a brew! In 30 minutes three meals done for lunch for the next three days.
