Ok there is a world of difference between training and exercise and as a HQ member you definitely train! So I’m sure you have been asked by many people what do you do at HQ so here’s a good answer for you to give:
Training has an outcome. Training sees massive progression on the basic exercises. Basic exercises give you the best results. Our goal at HQ is to give you the results that’s why we work hard to make you progress on exercises like say the chest press. We encourage the form to improve and the weight to go up and the intensity you lift the weight with…….that’s training. Learning progression overload. Not making up some entertaining exercise because let’s face it the reason you take time out of your day is to get the results and be the best version of yourself.
