Setting your health and fitness New Years goal now!

Be ambitious and set your bar high. Don’t let other people hold you back, whether they say you will never do it or if you know they are thinking that! Sod them!

If you really want to do the shoot, Leaner legs or Chest and Shoulders program, put size on, get stronger, fitter etc then just go for it – if it’s what you want, make sure you fully apply yourself and go for it!

Just be sure you set a goal and make sure to tell as many people as you can what you want to do, your more likely to stick to it if everyone knows!
