I’m sure with the new year we are eating better and attending your training sessions.
Make sure you enjoy the the way you eat, I mean don’t force foods down your throat that you can’t stand the taste of. It’s not going to be sustainable. Focus on eating foods that you enjoy but will keep the body healthy. Ask yourself if you could see your self eating the same way in 6 months time? If not, then it’s not the diet for you!
You should look forward to your meals, meals that are satiating which provide you with tons of energy.
