We all know how important it is to drink water for fat loss. However, you find it difficult through the winter as you are feeling cold most of the time. So how can you keep water levels up?

What you can do is add lemons, limes, berries to your bottle and the water will taste fruity. Coffees can also contribute to your overall daily water in take, its up to you whether you prefer caffeinated or decaf. A dash of milk is fine but keep sugar away from drinks.
