We all want quick results but we have to look at the long game. Asking yourself if you could see yourself training and eating the same way as you do now in the next 3,6 or even 12 months.
If you don’t believe you could exercise and eat the same way as you are doing now then it’s not the routine for you.
Whether that’s tracking foods and calories, mindful eating (moderation of all types of foods) or just eating “clean foods” with no junk foods
Make sure you enjoy your training and find the right nutrition plan that suits YOU. Not just the latest fad diet that looks like a short cut. Have a bit of trial and error with diet and training – developing good habits will get better results in the long run!!
