However – if you had tried everything (properly) you would have succeeded. What you have done is dabbled in certain diet and train strategies but never truly committed to them.
At the end of the day – you are an adult and you are free to have a curry and a night on the beer every weekend, you are free to snacking on cakes and biscuits all week. However you need to take responsibility for your body shape and stop blaming everyone & everything else!
Or you could take action, apply eating and training well for a couple of months rather than a couple of weeks. Look and feel the difference and I promise you will not go back to your old ways.
