How the 80/20 rule applies to my nutrition and training!

I use this pretty much all year round.

I eat 80% good healthy nutritious foods!

I also eat 20% processed foods with less than half of this coming from junk food (cakes, biscuits, beer, pizza etc)

With training

80% perfect intense workouts

20% not feeling it or missed/ shortened workouts

Result = I don’t binge as I’m allowed treats & training sessions shape and sculpt the body I’m after!

See if the ratios for you are 80/20 or way off?!
