The people who usually succeed are the ones who are saying they WANT to change their body shape and WANT to feel better about themselves.
Only you can change your body shape and no one can do it for you. People can guide and inspire you whilst taking you in the correct direction as we do at Transformation HQ, but ultimately your success or failure comes back to you.
