Here are my top three fat burning foods

Yes that’s right, this is not a typo error and they are meant to be blank
Let’s get this clear…
No food can burn fat
All forms of food that you consume have calories!
If you are consuming more calories than you are burning, then you will eventually gain body fat!
Even if it’s from healthy food choices.
For example a crispy chicken caser salad sounds fairly “healthy”, however with the full dressing on – it could have 800-900kcal. Half your daily calories allowance!
A good salad of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumber and grilled skinless chicken breast would be no more than 200kcal but just as filling.
To drop fat, you need to be in a calorie deficit of between 200-500kcal a day to see quick results.
Here’s some better fat burning tips;
- Hard work in training/ exercise sessions
- Consistency with being in a daily calorie deficit
Always a boring answer but usually the boring answers are the ones that work best!
