Correct your cock ups!

We all love the feeling of a great workout and the energy it generates!

However, flip that and how BAD does it feel when you miss a workout?

I know it makes me feel frustrated, annoyed and I don’t get the same energy burst/glow afterwards.

I was always one to train later in the day as I felt stronger and could perform better. As I’ve got older, I have had to adapt this strategy as it was getting harder to get workouts in.

If I can, I will train as early as possible. So, if that meeting, work problem, life problems gets in the way I know I have done my workout.

Same with calories, I never miss breakfast or skip meals but I know how many calories my breakfast and lunch will roughly be. So, if the worst happened and I have to cancel a workout out, I know I can have a light evening meal of protein and vegetables.

The lighter evening meal will keep me progression towards my fat loss goal as I’ve stopped over eating on my daily calorie target. I will also make sure the following day I MAKE TIME for my missed workout.

Implement these strategies into your day to keep you progressing towards your goals.
