Two questions you need to ask yourself!

Many people believe that they need to go “all in” and
‘do as much as possible” when trying to achieve their desired body shape.

At first this yields results but in the long run it’s just a route to failure, it’s just aimlessly working as hard as you can, HOPEFUL that you get the body shape you want.

We teach everyone that to lose body fat and keeping it off over the long term is more about changing your habits to make it EASIER.

To stop people yo-yo dieting because they have gone too hard on themselves too soon.

The people who get in great shape pretty much all year round don’t have more self-control than everyone else.

They just make more of the correct decisions and have the right behaviours.

What one habit can you change right now that will make you leaner, healthier and happier?

It could be to add extra greens and vegetables to meals.
Having good amount of protein at each meal.

What one bad habit can you change right now that will make you leaner, healthier and happier?

It may be to plan your weekly gym sessions in your diary so you’re more likely to attend.
It maybe stopping the late-night biscuit binge and have one biscuit plus a piece of fruit rather than finishing the whole packet of biscuits.

Good habits and a leaner body shape don’t happen overnight, it does take time but you can get the ball rolling and build some momentum.

Controlling consistency every day (including weekends) is what will give you a leaner, healthier, happier you all year round.
