We keep these treats in our diet as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Stop believing you have to restrict yourself to shape your body to how you want it to look.

Restriction and elimination will just end with emotional binge eating.

Why not have a balanced lifestyle, eat for health and fat loss 80% of the time and 20% for pleasure.

Sure, it may take a little longer to get there but the process will be more enjoyable.

Take away the pressure of training & nutrition having to be 100% perfect all of the time. We’ve all been through the “F*ck It” it mode and self-destruction because we’ve had a bad meal or two.

I love the analogy that if you drop your phone, would you then get a hammer and smash it smithereens or dust it off and put it in a safer place so you don’t drop it again?!

If you have less emotional attachment to training and nutrition, when it does go wrong, you can self-reflect where you made a mistake – then take action so it doesn’t happen again.

Let’s get this week off on the right note.
