Although this happens to most people in day to day life.
They read about a new diet in a magazine or over hear a friend talking about this new diet from the “amazon rain forest” ha! I’ve heard many a stupid named diet I couldn’t name them all.
All this jumping around from diet to diet was wasting time when they should have been doing the boring basics.
The best fat loss diet that we prescribe to our members will always be the same – because it works time and time again.
- Consuming a balanced diet full of plants & vegetables, good quality lean protein and healthy fats or carbs as your energy preference (personally I prefer eating more carbs)
- Weight training 3-4 times a week.
- Walk as much as you can in-between weight training sessions
- 7-9 hours sleep
- Enjoy live and have at least one day a week where you have fun and laugh as much as possible
This is a sustainable way of living that will only result in a happy, slim/lean & healthy individual.
