As you may have seen, our latest shoot photos are starting to appear on Facebook.
You will see more been released over the next few weeks, we do this (with permission of the member) to inspire and motivate others, so that they can achieve a body transformation they thought wasn’t possible for themselves.
When we see somebody, who is achieving a great body transformation we always want to know “What are they doing?” What’s their secret?” “How did they achieve that body shape?”
What we should be asking is “What ARENT they doing?”
This will help you get the body shape you train so hard for!
You know how to get in shape, as we tell you on many occasions to focus on lean protein & vegetables at meals, add carbs if you’ve trained, 3-4 strength sessions a week, drinking lots of water each day and sleeping 7-9 hours every night.
That’s the basics of fat loss and muscle building, but we need to start looking at the whole picture.
The person with the great body shape IS NOT:
- Having blow-outs on food and alcohol every weekend
- Skipping workouts
- Eating biscuits, cakes and crisps in-between meals
- Forget to drink 2 litres of water a day
Next time you see a body shape that inspires you to “get back on it” again – just think about the things they don’t do and copy that!
