Not sure if you should workout out or not?

Ever had the feeling where you can’t be bothered to go and train/exercise/workout?

I have, for me it’s usually towards the end of the week.

I’ve already done 3 or 4 tough workouts and I should be doing one more to help me achieve my body shape goal.

I then try to reason with myself to get away with not working out.

I think “I could just skip it and I’ll do one tomorrow or an extra workout next week…”

BUT, I know I won’t do this and ill most likely have the same issue next week – meaning another skipped workout.

What I like to do to get me in the mood for a workout is to try a little gentle activity.

This could be going for a walk (usually to the gym), or 5 to 10 minutes doing some push ups, body weight squats.

This little activity gets the heart pumping and some endorphins flowing and soon I’m really keen to get a good tough workout in.

Give it ago next time you think about cancelling your workout!

You never regret a workout out but you always regret skipping a workout.
