There are things we can do NOW to make the week a successful one with nutrition and training.
Sometimes we need to keep things simple – so here are your tasks you need to check every day to keep energised.
- Prioritise Sleep (7-9 hours)
- Eating Well (3 meals a day based around protein and veg)
- Train Hard (weight train every other day)
- Hydrate (minimum 2-3 litres)
- Walk (for at least 30 minutes a day)
Smash these every day this week to feel energised & feel good about yourself again!
