Energise Monday

Have the Monday low energy feeling? Possible it was a hectic weekend?

There are things we can do NOW to make the week a successful one with nutrition and training.

Sometimes we need to keep things simple – so here are your tasks you need to check every day to keep energised.

  1. Prioritise Sleep (7-9 hours)
  2. Eating Well (3 meals a day based around protein and veg)
  3. Train Hard (weight train every other day)
  4. Hydrate (minimum 2-3 litres)
  5. Walk (for at least 30 minutes a day)

Smash these every day this week to feel energised & feel good about yourself again!
