This topic will rage on & on
I will keep explaining & clarifying why they do and don’t work
My answer is PROVEN with the results we get at THQ.
When on a low fat diet – it worked because it created a caloric deficit
When on a low carb diet – it worked because it created a caloric deficit
When on keto – it worked because it created a caloric deficit
When intermitted fasting – it worked because it created a caloric deficit
As the flip reverse can be done to prove it again
High carb diets – don’t make you fat when in a caloric deficit
High fat diets – don’t make you fat when in a caloric deficit
Wild abandon with foods (calories) and little exercise WILL cause fat gain
Not watching the calories input and exercise output is the reason why people get fat
I hope this clarifies which is the best diet – it’s the one that keeps you in a caloric deficit that can be sustained for the long term.
