Mid Summer Motivation

Well it’s not the end of the summer but it already feels like it’s coming to an end.

Which means you may have given up on getting into shape?

Or your mojo/ motivation is starting to fade a little?

This lack of motivation is the small step in the wrong direction & before you know it, it’s Christmas and you’ve now got 15,20, 25lbs to lose which can take months.

So, this month is the time where we need to push that little bit harder.

Although it may seem more difficult to get started with the motivation again this week –

Just think about staying unhappy with your body shape till the end of year – that sounds much grimmer than feeling a little low as you can’t be bothered to workout.

Start with the small basics and the motivation will quickly gather pace again.

  • Plan your sessions this week
  • Make sure meals prep done (lean protein and veg)
  • Chuck the junk food out of the house
  • 2-3 litres of good quality water
  • Don’t beat yourself up if you’ve slacked off recently

This is the message you needed to keep powering through with your body shape goal.
