Let it go & move forwards
Accept what happened and learn from it rather than denying it happened. It happens to all of us and nobody is perfect.
I myself had one to many beers at the weekend – but I won’t sulk about it and feel guilty. (can’t say I won’t sulk about the football results though but that’s out of my control ha)
You can’t go back in time and undo the damaged but you can make sure it doesn’t happen as often.
Stressing and worrying you’ve “undone” your hard work is the worst thing you can do.
The only way you can get back in the right direction is to let it go, learn your lesson and move on to a positive week.
This week will be a successful one for your health & body shape goals.
Get a bit of momentum going again this week;
- Get moving your body more
- Plan your weeks workouts
- Drink more water
- Eating more mindfully
- Early night tonight
These small actions get the ball rolling and with the lessons learnt from last weekend, you will be taking huge steps forwards once more!
