Sometimes you feel like you’re not improving your body shape.
Especial this time of the year.
It can be tempting to give up and start again in the January 2019.
This could be quite possible the worst time NOT to train and eat well.
Smashing food & booze and not training can put you back 2 or 3 months next year.
Training hard and eating well up to Christmas day, will mean you are bang on track to be in great shape at the end of January/beginning of February.
