We are nearly halfway
That’s flown by.
I hope your motivation is still high and you’re on target to hit your health and fitness goal.
It’s often this time of the month that excuses start to creep back in.
One huge thing that often puts people off from regularly attending the gym, is a bad session.
You know the ones where it felt like you did nothing.
Your felt weak.
Couldn’t be bothered.
Well here’s the thing- they happen to all of us.
I had a terrible workout yesterday.
However, I didn’t throw in the towel on my goal.
I take rubbish workout as a lesson, and this is what you should do.
Stop beating yourself up and feel sorry for yourself.
Life’s not that straight & true and not every session is going to be perfect.
Be happy that you made your session & get back to what you should be doing.
- Drinking minimum 2-3 litres of water a day
- Sleep 7-9 hours
- Eating the correct meals
More often than not the next session is a great session and you are buzzing
Don’t fall into that mini dip when January is such a crucial month.
Get that next training session booked into your diary – not matter how your feeling.
