Dealing With Steps, Calories and Workout Stress!

Do you…….

Stress about hitting daily calories?
Stress about hitting daily steps?
Stress about making a workout?

We have a lot of stress in our lives and we don’t need to add more.

Especially when it’s about health & fitness!

If you’re going to count steps or calories – work off a 7-day average.

If you stress about making your workouts – set a target for the week e.g. 3 and get them done whenever it suits – rather than thinking I HAVE to workout Monday, Wednesday & Fridays.

The less stress we have in our lives – the better your body will look and feel.

A stressed & uptight body will see slower results compared to a chilled & relaxed body.

It’s all about the averages!
