Let’s Go Through The Basics – Checklist

Filtering out the white noise is hugely beneficial when trying to lose body fat &weight.

The conflicting information out there is overwhelming, even for me as personal trainer who studied health/fitness at uni & constantly read all the latest research.

Keto, fasting, carb cycling, calorie cycling, tracking, macro’s, periodisation, isolation, supersets…

They’re all small little details that just fine tune your diet and training.

BUT if you’re not doing the basics then they don’t make a difference what so ever.

The new year buzz of getting in shape maybe be waning slightly and results could be stalling.

So, I want to make sure you’re doing the basics to keep the results going.


  1. Eating less calories
  2. Focusing on getting stronger
  3. Eating more protein and vegetables
  4. Sleeping 7-9 hours
  5. Drinking 2-3 litres of water

These 5 elements are the simple things you need to do on a daily basis to get a lean, toned, chiselled defined body shape!

All else is just white noise.
