New Fat Loss Tips

There are a TON of fat loss tricks, shortcuts and tactics that we can give you.

It may be the reason why you read my blogs each week.

But none of them will work if you aren’t doing the basics.

  • Eating protein and veg at EVERY MEAL
  • Sticking to your calories or meal plan
  • Sleeping 7-9 hours each evening
  • Taking 8-10k steps each day
  • Drinking minimum 2-3 litres of water
  • Reducing processed junk food and booze
  • Resistance/Strength train 3-4 times a week

“Yeah, yeah I’m doing all that but it’s still not working…..what is the best way to lose the belly fat…”

ANSWER:

  • Eating protein and veg at EVERY MEAL
  • Sticking to your calories or meal plan
  • Sleeping 7-9 hours each evening

But do it for more than a few days.

It takes a few weeks of repeating the above EVERY DAY until you will start to lose the love handles, belly fat, thunder thighs, man boobs etc.

It’s probably where you’ve been going wrong.

And what you need to improve on.

Especially at weekends!

Before you go into Google next, and search “best way to lose body fat”, or “fastest diet for weight loss”.

Master the basics and keep doing them consistently.

Basics done consistently should be the answer Google churns out.

But I know it’s going to send you to a soup and boiled egg diet, or the latest raspberry ketones.

That’s out of our control of what Google promotes.

But from dealing with thousands of people (and myself)

I can tell you what does work and what doesn’t.

NO DON’T ORDER THE RASPBERRY KETONES….

I MEANT THE BASICS!!

You may be reading this and thinking “I’m already nailing the basics”

Great – find a way where you can keep doing the basics for the long run.

If you’re not sure you’re nailing the basics? Your probably not and need to get better.

If this message has irritated you – good.

If it gets you doing the basics, and you stick with it every day.

Soon you’ll see the changes in body shape and you’ll stop asking (or Googling) for short cuts or tips!

These maybe not the new tips you were hoping for today, but they are the ones you need to understand and remember if you truly want to see results.
