Sometimes I struggle to get going for a workout.
Sometimes I can’t be bothered making meal prep.
Sometimes I don’t want to go bed early.
All the things people expect a personal trainer to do perfectly and with ease.
But occasionally – I do mess up.
Like many other personal trainers or Instagram models that you may inspire to look like.
But you know what.
Most of the time I get it right.
About 80-90% of the time.
And you know what?
That’s enough to see results.
You don’t have to live and breathe health & fitness to achieve your health, fitness and body shape goal.
You just need to get started and do the correct things most of the time.
With it being Monday, it’s the perfect time to start the week well and get your percentage closer to 80-90%, rather than 0%.
Granted, it can be tough to begin, but it gets easier.
Unfortunately, there isn’t a stress-free route.
You’ve just got to get started and put in the work.
Ditch the self-limiting believes that you’ll never be able to do it….
And just embrace the new habits and let them get to work.
It’s not easy getting in shape, and that’s why so many people aren’t.

- Plan at least 3 training sessions this week.
- Make sure all meals are prepped for your goal.
- Go to bed on time to get your 7-9 hours.
