The Simple Life

We all want a simple life.

Less stress & to be more carefree.

Food choices should be treated the same.

Nothing wrong with just having a protein shake or a couple of boiled eggs for breakfast.

Or just grabbing a tin of tuna and shoving it on a salad or veg for lunch.

People who manage to get and stay in great shape often make their lives and diets quite simple.

Having the same meals on a bit of a rotation.

Eliminating decision.

Yet they still have a meal out or treat now and again.

And enjoy it more.

But the person having a DAILY treat or cheat will struggle.

Because eating high processed foods can be tough to stop.

It’s designed to be that way.

Not eating junk food will make you realise that real food actually tastes quite nice.

The longer you stick with proper nutrition and resist junk food.

The sooner you’ll lose the taste for it.

And best still – you’ll realise how bad it used to make you feel.

Sluggish, low energy, drained.

It doesn’t end there though.

There are other small little simple switches you can make.

That will make you feel and look way better.

  • Focus on 3 protein dominant meals each day
  • Walk whenever possible
  • Weight train 3 times a week
  • Sleep 7-9 hours each night
  • Drink 2-3 litres of water a day

Yeah, it’s all a bit boring.

But simple is meant to be.

The results however, are VERY fun.

Looking the youngest, feeling the most energetic, being the slimmest and most toned you’ve been in years.

Far outweighs a couple of minutes of taste for me.

Make your life simple with diet and nutrition.
