How will I get the training plans and nutrition?

The nutrition and training plans are sent via an app, here you can also contact your trainer and enter your stats such as weight, food log & calories.

When are the live coaching sessions?

These are held on Mondays’ Wednesdays, Friday’ at 7.30am, 10am, 2pm and 6pm. The groups will be capped at 8 people at one time, there is always spaces to get onto these sessions and more will be added if requested. If you don’t want the live coaching sessions, you can do the workouts at your own time of choice by following provided timed music.

Do I need weights to see results?

No, we have a challenging bodyweight only option that will build muscle and burn body fat. If you have 1 weight or make a weight (e.g. get a ruck sack and put water bottles in) you then have a 2nd program for no extra cost

I don’t know how to track calories and struggle with what to eat!

Easy, you will be given an 8 week meal plan, plus a meal planner to make it even clearer how you should be eating for weight loss. If you want to track calories or learn how to track calories, your assigned trainer will explain how.

Do I have to exercise all day to see results?

No, just three 45 minutes sessions a week will be enough. If you want more sessions your trainer will provide you with additional workouts you can do on your own.
