3 eggs (2yolks, 3whites)
I cut up onion, feta cheese and spinach and some ham… chuck it all in a bowl and bang it in the microwave for a couple of minutes. Then crack black pepper on the top, it is quick and easy and one of my favourite breakfast along with smoked salmon and scrambled egg.
Protein shake with a few frozen berries made with coconut milk.
50g rolled oats, ½ scoop chocolate whey powder. Soak in coconut flavoured almond milk and a little hot water. Add nuts, flaked coconut and dried berries. Microwave for 2 mins
So quick and really tasty! Especially with the chocolate protein powder mixed in! I don’t have much time in the mornings so this is really good for me to get a filling breakfast in.
Herby Bacon Omelette
- 1 rasher bacon chopped
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 tbsp flat leaf parsley chopped
Fry bacon in dry pan for 2 mins. Lightly beat eggs with parsley and pinch of salt and pepper. Pour mixture into pan and cook over medium heat, add bacon pieces. Serve.
