Lisa lost an unbelievable 47lbs and dropped 3-4 dress sizes.

Lisa thought she ate healthily, but her body shape never seemed to reflect that.
It was a constant battle with her weight and appearance. Trying every diet under the sun but always ended up pilling the weight back on.
Lisa was hesitant about joining a gym in case she made any mistakes and didn’t want to look silly. But she saw the small group “personal trainer” environment THQ offered, and decided this would be a better place to go to achieve results.
In January of last year, Lisa started on the 6-week meltdown, which introduced her to lifting weights, whilst following the THQ meal planner.
After a few short weeks, she loved how much fitter & energetic she was feeling – plus seeing the scale weight final drop was a huge positive.
Lisa finally learnt how to eat and train to see results, but make it fit a normal life and make it sustainable.
She wanted to see what was possible and went ahead with a 12-week shoot, this really accelerated results. As she knew we would be taking a picture at the end, she had to stick to the plan.
The dedication and effort she put into the plan reveals a younger looking, slimmer, fitter and stronger Lisa. Her shoot was in November of last year and she enjoyed her fat loss journey, knowing that it was going to be staying off this time!
She aims to keep improving even further with her new love of training and eating well.
