What a difference losing a bit of weight can do!

Stephen looks bigger but actually dropped 27lbs to look more muscular, stronger and fitter.

He has gone from having the out of shape dad-bod, to having ab definition and a stronger looking body.

He thought to get a body shape like he has now, that it would take giving up all of his favourite foods and spending countless hours in the gym.

But just by chance, he heard about THQ and saw the results they were putting out there.

He also heard that they don’t ban foods and that he didn’t need to do any cardio!

This made Stephen decide to take some action and start a transformation at THQ.

Why did you first start at THQ?

I started THQ to learn how to diet properly, to be able to sustainably lose weight while also get stronger and become more confident about strength training. 

What made you start the 12 week shoot?

After doing the 6 week meltdown and seeing great progress without having to restrict my eating habits too much, I saw the 12 week shoot as a goal that could really push me to my limits to gain a great body shape that I know I have worked hard to get and be proud of the end result. 

Have you achieved your body shape goal? What exactly have you achieved?

I believe I have reached my body shape I wanted when I first started the shoot, where I have stripped off a substantial amount of body fat, gained more definition in my muscle and gained more confidence in my body as well as the mental achievement of completing something like this. In total I have lost just over 1st 9lbs.

How do you feel about your achievement?

I am immensely proud of the end result of my hard work, the gratification of knowing in my head that I can and have done something like this makes me want to push further and build on the foundation of hard work from the last 6 months.

How I see dieting, food, portions and my eating habits have all changed significantly, so much so that most of the habits I have picked up from this, I will carry on and not go back to old habits.

What have you most enjoyed about at THQ?

The most enjoyable thing about THQ are the people, from the trainers to the other members. Everyone is friendly, always happy and willing to help. Knowing that everyone is going through the same thing is comforting, they may be at different stages but there is only ever a positive atmosphere and encouragement.

What would you say to anyone thinking about starting at THQ?

THQ can be a life changing decision if taken seriously and can show excellent progress with a little effort. The staff don’t sell something they can’t deliver, and have been one of the best choices I have ever made.
