Working Mum Chelsey Lost The 3 Stone Baby Weight
Chelsey found herself in January of 2021 in bad shape, and her weight had been the highest it had ever been after her first baby.
None of her clothes fitted anymore, she had no energy and motivation was low because she hadn’t been putting herself first.
Tired and frustrated Chelsey knew that something had to change. She had been a member at THQ before and remembered how good it made her look and feel.
She decided to make the big jump and re-join THQ.
At the same time, she went back to work so she had a lot going on, but didn’t use any of that as an excuse to fail.
Chelsey was determined to get back in the best shape possible, not only for herself, but also for her new family.
Chelsey started on the 6 Week Meltdown program which all members begin on so that we can work on all the basics of training, nutrition and recovery.
When she started back at THQ, Chelsey was told to follow the THQ meal planner and cookbooks. This is a focus on eating high protein meals that actually weren’t bland and boring.
At the same time, she had to complete three 45 minute training sessions each week.
That’s all that we asked.
Because we were certain that this would be enough to achieve results to start with.
Chelsea was soon feeling the benefits of returning back to THQ…

That’s one of the first changes we see with members starting, their mindset makes a switch. Usually from self-sabotage to a more positive self-talk.
The pounds and inches started to fall away and then Chelsey wanted to accelerate results even further. She jumped onto a 12 week shoot which is included in monthly rolling membership.
She still trained the same way and focused on high protein meals, but now we tracked calories for that little extra targeted detailing to maximise results.
It took no more than 5 minutes each day to enter foods but the results were even more noticeable.
She also slowly increased training sessions from 3 times a week, to 4 times and then just before her shoot, 5 times a week.
Chelsey loves the small group personal training sessions and the support from not only the trainers, but other members. Everyone is trying to get in shape, become fitter & stronger together.
This supportive environment and been given a plan by THQ was enough to get her looking and feeling her best self once more. She dropped an incredible 3 stone to lose all of that baby weight!
