Nicole went from sporadically attending the gym…to going 3 or 4 times a week & LOVING IT

Are you a person who always joins a gym but never attends?

This is what always happened to Nicole.

She would often feel excited about getting fit and healthy, join the local gym, but end up only going a handful of times a YEAR.

She’d then cancel her membership and repeat the same process again at another gym.

Feeling frustrated and out of shape, she was starting to accepted that this was it for her, and that she would always be out of shape.

But she started to catch up with old friends.

She saw how great they looked and asked them what they had been doing.

They were at their local THQ.  

She liked the sound of weight training to shape the body – so she got in touch.

Nicole made us well aware that she wasn’t very good at attending the gym.

This didn’t mean we treated her any differently. We treated her like we do all our members.

Because we are a small personal training gym, we get to know the person on an individual level.

We monitor nutrition, sleep, water but more importantly – performance & form in the gym.

If you wander into any gym, you see lots of people on kit you want, so you just do a few abs, jump on a bike for 20 minutes and go home.

At THQ, we guide you through a strength session that is designed to not only get you fitter and stronger, but also tone and sculpt the body.

Nicole soon realised that she didn’t need to worry about going to the gym.

In fact, she now loved going to the gym.

She went from 3 or 4 times a year…….. to 3 or 4 times a week!

And her body shape soon started to change.

Why did you first start at THQ?

I started THQ after never going to the gym more than a handful of times, I hadn’t been happy with my body in a while and I had seen really good results from friends. 

What made you start the 12 week shoot?

This was the first time I’ve ever joined a gym and actually attended! As bad as it sounds I had joined gyms for years and only really been a handful of times and just kind of ‘sponsored’ I guess?. I saw results and grew stronger each week, this really made me want to go further and I knew the 12 week programme would do this for me. 

Have you achieved your body shape goal? What exactly have you achieved?

Yes I’m really pleased with my body now, but now I have new goals and I really want to continue further. 
 

How do you feel about your achievement?

Really happy, I am more confident than I have been in years which has made a massive difference in my day to day life. 

What have you most enjoyed about at THQ?

I’ve honestly met friends for life and learned so much about myself, it isn’t just a gym it’s a community. I have shrunk physically but grown mentally. 

What would you say to anyone thinking about starting at THQ?

Do it!! It will change your life and be the best thing you ever do. 

The lockdown restrictions have been extended for gyms…but we do expect to reopen soon.

The 6-week meltdown which on averages shifts 1 stone off the scales, and a further 3-4 inches from the waist will be available upon reopening. This is just £99 for the whole 6 weeks.
