Jack’s Diet and Training Got Him Shredded in 12 Weeks

Although Jack was active in hobbies such as biking and had an active manual job – his physique didn’t seem to match up.

He was exercising a lot, working hard with his job but he couldn’t reveal his 6 pack.

He came to Transformation HQ for a little guidance on how to drop body fat, build muscle and be healthy.

He wanted to feel good about himself and be as fit as when he was when he was younger.

We introduced him to full body strength workouts 3 times a week, using dumbbells, barbells, cable machines and body weight.

As you can see from the pictures, now he is lean, muscular and really happy with his abs. He now has the knowledge to keep his 6 pack but also go out at weekends and have a beer or two.

We also saw a huge passion light up after a few weeks, Jack’s desire to learn more about lifting correctly and eating well was a fantastic sign that he would get the body shape he wanted.

We encouraged him to go through the 12 week shoot to give him some accountability and stick to a plan long enough for it work.

Jack was brilliant at questioning and researching why he needed to do what we were recommending him to do.

The main elements we told him to focus on were – strength train 3-4 times a week, eat plenty of protein, consume plenty of water, fill up on vegetables, rest as well as he trained.

He always looked to improve and optimise the areas we told him to work on.

Jack stuck to the plan 100% and did not deviate, proving if you stick and follow the THQ shoot blueprint – you will achieve results you thought were not possible.
