This is Kris’ 3rd shoot and he always aims to improve on his previous shoot.

As you can see – Kris has managed to improve again on his 3rd shoot.
Kris has a great frame and solid muscle base. Kris works on adding muscle and getting stronger for a few months – then spends a few months stripping back the body fat.
This keeps Kris motivated through the year to consistently improve.
It does prove how far you can come in a short amount of time. There is no secret to it other than hard work and sticking to Transformation HQ’s training and nutrition plan.
