Louise felt fed up with her body shape as it made her feel miserable whilst lacking in energy.
She decided that it was time for a change.
Louise went through the Transformation HQ 12-week shoot.
She set a side 3-4 hours a week to train at Transformation HQ and made sure she was recording her foods for her trainer.
We now see a more happier and more confident Louise. She has the knowledge and experience to get in shape for holidays and social events throughout the year.
Her transformation is on-going and is looking to improve even further.
Despite have a job where she works long days and sometimes requires her to travel around the world, Louise proves that having little time or working away IS NOT an excuse.
There is always a way to eat better when on travels and always a hotel room to train in at least.
She has demonstrated that to make herself healthier, happier, look & feel amazing only actually requires a few hours a week of training.
Her nutrition was healthy, satiating and fuelled her sessions, she not only became slimmer but was fitter and stronger than she has even been before.
