The 8 Week Chest & Shoulder plan for me, was exactly what I needed. The programme itself is split into 3 phases, along with a detailed diet plan with macro breakdown. The results I got from this where fantastic & I still use elements from this programme in my current training  today. Both my Chest & shoulders improved a great deal, in both size & definition.
