Alisha is proof that being busy is no excuse for getting in shape. Alisha could only commit 3-4 workouts a week, some times less when children were ill and work required more hours.

Alisha knew of the benefits of weighted based training and that it only needs 3 or 4 hours a week of training to get amazing results. Alisha was extremely good in organising her foods, that she also tried to get her family to consume with her. Alisha would also make sure that she had meals prepared for those long days at work.

We counted calories as we knew there would be times that training would not be possible so nutrition would have to be spot on. Alisha would consistently hit the calorie targets we set her with good healthy nutritious foods and the results are outstanding.
