The best thing about Gills transformation is that she has learnt so much about her body and about how to actually get rid of the stubborn areas that she struggled with.
Gills eating habit were far from bad so the first thing we needed was to just to get her moving more. Light weight which progressed each week.
After 4 weeks Gill started to worry the changes were not happening but credit to her she stuck to the plan. We moved a few things around to increase her energy levels around training but after 6 weeks things really started to get going and body fat started to fall of her.
By the end of the program Gill was smashing the work outs and now has so much confidence training on her own in our free use area it’s amazing to watch.
