This was Holly’s first time properly training with weights having tried other exercise classes before. We try to teach people how to weight train and eat healthily – as soon as members start to understand what we are teaching, body fat drops off.

Holly has gone from having no strength & no energy to tons of oomph, being confident and looking fantastic through dropping body fat.

Its great to see Holly wanting to improve further on her current condition, and she will do this through eating well and not starving and training consistently 4-5 times a week.
