When we met Jake, the goal was to help him achieve a body shape he had never achieved before.

The Barriers we faced were long days and nights with a manual job whilst keeping his nutrition in-line with his goals but also giving him the energy to work.

Jake also enjoyed regular nights out with his mates so we had to plan calories around his weekend to keep him on track. It was tough but this shows it’s possible.

Over a 6 month period keeping Jakes carbs high allowed us to help him grow muscle while still working long hours.

At the end of the 12 week program we slightly lowered Jakes carbs over a week. Then boom, out popped the abs.
