Kim came to Transformation HQ as she was unhappy with her body shape. We made her confident again as Kim’s first shoot we managed to drop a lot of body fat and get fitter at the same time.
Kim believed so much in our weight training principles that she decided to do another shoot to drop more body fat but get even more fitter and stronger. This shoot we tried to go into more detail with Kim’s nutrition and we recorded all foods and calories that allowed a few treats occasionally.
We kept the intensity of Kim’s training high to push that stubborn body fat from her frame but this made Kim’s strength and fitness sky rocket. Having this strength and fitness really gives her and potentially you a great feeling that can be carried through to day to life.
