Kris had already done a shoot 12 months prior to his latest. Our challenge was to improve on his last condition which was of a high standard. Kris has a good amount of muscle and size on his frame so our main goal was to hold on to muscle and strength. The sole goal to just burn as much fat as possible to reveal muscle and great definition.
Kris maintained his strength and some lifts actually improved weights and reps, this is a great sign that he held on to muscle and most likely added more muscle to his frame. Kris has a job which is physical, demanding and are usually long hours, never the less Kris still trained five times a week and prepped foods consistently for 12 weeks. His results show that being consistent with training each week and preparing meals will get you into fantastic body shape.
