Marcin came to us for some help with burning body fat. He had weight trained before but had also put on some body fat with the muscle he had put on. We wanted to get him to continue putting muscle mass on so we put him on fairly high calories to begin with. These came from good healthy sources, just cleaning up Marcin’s diet made him put on a few more pounds of muscle but body fat started to come off due to eating good foods.
After 4 weeks of focusing on higher calories and eating healthier, we then decided to lower calories and training as hard & as often as his job would allow. Usually 4 or 5 times a week. We focused on maintaining muscle and strength in session for the next 8 weeks will lower calories slowly. As you can see Marcin looks brilliant.
