TransformationHQ Real Studies : Saul Brown

Started in fairly good condition but had got to point where he could not lose any more body fat. His goal was to get abs/six pack.

I wanted Saul to increase muscle mass first as 12 weeks of strict dieting may have been too excessive. We spent 3-4 weeks slowly increasing calories and training 3-4 times a week. His body immediately reacted and started to add a little muscle. Even though food/calories increased his body fat started to lower. This was due to adding more muscle plus the choice of good healthy, nutritious foods. His body was putting all foods to good use, even though it was more foods than he had been eating previously.

We then reduced calories slowly and gradually for the next 8 weeks, Saul also attended 3 Transformation HQ Sessions plus two strength sessions a week. 8 weeks later you can see the results were fantastic.
