Can I lose weight just by eating better, without the gym?
Yes, technically. But it’s slow, boring, and most people give up. You’ll see better results if you train alongside fixing your nutrition. That’s why our 6-Week Meltdown does both: three coach-led sessions a week, plus a meal planner that doesn’t feel like prison food.
Do I need to do cardio to lose fat?
Not really. You don’t need to run yourself into the ground. Walking’s enough. We tell clients to aim for 8,000–10,000 steps a day – that’s about an hour’s total walking. Could be split across errands, lunch breaks, whatever. Add that to 3 gym sessions a week, and you’re sorted.
What matters more – diet or exercise?
Your food choices carry more weight (pun intended). But training keeps the weight off, shapes your body, and keeps your head right. Do both. That’s why we coach both.
Can I lose fat by lifting weights, with no cardio?
Yes. And that’s actually what we recommend. Strength training preserves muscle while you lose fat, so you look lean – not just smaller. Most Transformation HQ sessions are built around this.
What if I hate exercise or feel too unfit to start?
Join anyway. We’ll ease you in at your level. Loads of our members felt the same before walking through the door – now they train three times a week and actually enjoy it. You’re not too unfit. You’re just not started yet.
Is it true that eating too little stops fat loss?
Starvation mode isn’t really a thing. But going too low on calories backfires – you get knackered, hungry, miserable, and binge. We keep food high enough to fuel you, with protein-focused meals that keep you full and progressing.
I’ve failed before – why would this be different?
You probably had no structure, no accountability, and no support. That’s what we fix. We don’t just give you a plan – we check in, coach you, and make sure you stick to it. It’s built for people who’ve tried and failed before.
Can I do this from home?
Yep. If you’re not near one of our gyms, you can join our online program. You’ll get the same training, nutrition support and check-ins. All you need is your body weight, but we recommend picking up a pair of dumbbells if you can.
How long do I need to walk to hit 10,000 steps?
Roughly an hour across the day. Doesn’t need to be all at once – school run, walking the dog, popping to the shop. Just keep moving. We guide you on how to build it into your week without living in gym clothes.
Do I have to give up carbs, drink shakes, or take fat loss jabs?
Absolutely not. We show you how to eat real food in the right amounts. No starving, no cutting out pizza, no injections. We’re about sustainable, long-term fat loss – not fads.
